Contest Rules

WLOY Contests – General Rules

The following rules apply to all WLOY contests, unless otherwise stated for a specific contest:

By entering any contest, each entrant grants WLOY permission to use his or her name and voice on air for any purpose, including but not limited to promotion of the specific contest.

Any individual can win only one contest per 30 day interval.

Winners will be determined by WLOY and all decisions are final.

Each winner must provide WLOY with his or her name and a valid telephone number.

Any prize not claimed within 48 hours of the winner announcement is forfeited and will be returned to the prize pool.

Prizes may be picked up at the WLOY studio between the hours of 12pm and 9pm Monday-Friday ONLY.

Each winner must appear in person and must provide photo identification when claiming his or her prize.

WLOY staff members and volunteers are not eligible to enter.
